Registration and ordering
When the customer makes an order you agree to the terms and conditions.

Order Delivery
We send to your address, through transport logistics. The expected delivery date of the order shall be communicated to the customer by email. When receive the order check the package is in perfect condition. If any damage in articles, please describe them on the delivery note of reservations or observations. And if possible take a photo and send to artiforno@gmail.com informing of the event within a maximum of 24 hours.
Any complaint will have to inform the Artiforno, Lda in writing.
Collect the order in Artiforno factory
When the client chooses to collect the order at the factory, you will be informed of the day that is ready to be collected.
Return articles
If the customer is not satisfied with the item, you have 15 working days from the date of purchase to make the return of the item with the right to a refund of the article.
The customer will have to deliver the item on its package without any defect, or traces of use.
They won't be reimbursed, relative values to the transport.
