The measure shown represents the outer square base. Due to artisanal construction (manual labor), weight and measurements are approximate (average) there may be small discrepancies.

In the process of building the oven, raw material consisting of a mixture of mortar for high temperatures, brick, refractory brick and iron is used.

No additional chemicals are used in the manufacture, so there is no danger of food contamination from products cooked in the oven.
