Oven traditionally produced with brick, tile and refractory mortar with white paint finish.

In the oven construction process, raw material consisting of a mixture of mortar for high temperatures, brick, refractory brick and iron is used.

No additional chemicals in the manufacture, so there is no contamination risk of food products prepared in the oven.
